Help a collegue 😊

It is always important to lend a helping hand when you can, and this can have a huge impact on the atmosphere in the workplace. But how can you approach this in a playful way?

- Do a 'Random Act of Kindness': Offer to help a colleague without them expecting it. Maybe they are busy with a project or overwhelmed by their to-do list. Go to them and ask if you can help them with something. It could be something small like making them a cup of coffee, or something big like assisting in a difficult task. You will see how much it means to them and how much it contributes to the good atmosphere in the workplace.

- Share your skills: Everyone has skills that others don't have. Maybe you are very good at making presentations, while a colleague has more experience in dealing with customers. Offer to share your skills and work together to solve a problem. This will not only give you a chance to develop yourself, but also show that you are involved in your colleagues' work and want to help where you can.
